Pre-Construction
This is the most important and often most overlooked portion of a project. Many owners are so excited about "Beginning" the build that they start prematurely. Customers often hurry to start a project only to be slowed down during the build to make decisions that should have been made months before. Reviewing plans for weeks or months before beginning construction can help ensure that the project estimate is more accurate before starting. There will still be decisions that need to be made during a project, but the more decisions made in advance the better the project progresses.
Construction
Working with trusted, licensed, and insured sub-contractors and keeping them accountable throughout the entire build is how our business is done. Communication is key and owners are kept informed of all aspects of the project progress, both good and bad.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final lien releases and a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction. Because Matt focuses on quality of projects and not number of projects he will not leave until you are satisfied with all work performed.
Interior Design
Stacey Forsyth, our in-house Interior Decorator, brings a signature style and ease of living to many homes throughout the Southeast. Her well known and unique aesthetic strives to achieve a peaceful, happy, simple space for living. Clients enjoy working with her given her priority to seamlessly align with their vision for a functional and beautiful home that captures their personality. It is this collaboration between client and designer that strikes a favorable chord and results. Stacey has a distinct ability to partner and work on all stages of a client’s project whether it's a full scale interior design, architectural consultation or simply material, paint, or lighting selection. It is this inherent skill set and bespoke manner with the task at hand which separates her apart from others, whether it’s design in the city, at the beach, mountains or lake.
